If you are over the height of about 5’8″ people are constantly in awe over your height. Now at 5’10” I’m not extremely tall, but I am above average. I am constantly the friend who ends up hugging people’s faces into my chest. Being tall is great, but it also has its cons.
Pros
I can reach things in high places.
You can see me in a crowd.
I can see better in a crowd.
Long limbs = longer reach.
I can hide things up high.
People tell me I look like a model.
I get to be in the middle of group pictures.
Cons
I sometimes punch the ceiling fan.
People assume you are great at sports.
I’m taller than most guys, including Sage.
I hit my head on things a lot.
Shopping is an absolute nightmare.
I look like a hooker when I try to wear cute dresses.
When I wear heels people ask me why.
I’m too long for most bathtubs.
I don’t fit in the back of certain types of cars.
